The industry-standard “check the box” training is not how we do things. DAC University, our in-house training program, was developed to provide our team with deeper, more practical training to fit their personal career goals.
We also use these courses to ensure that company-wide standards are met at every level.
With support from our superintendents, engineers, and company leaders, DAC University programs serve to increase team efficiency and operations knowledge, promote effective leadership, and foster better communication. Topics include health and safety training, machine operation, environmental training, and more.
As we work to meet the country’s changing needs, our on-site training and DAC University programs ensure our team is ready for those challenges.
